Worst place ever because we were asked to leave as soon as we paid the bill of 4K, but decided to stay even further because we were having a good time. But the manager asked us to leave because we were not generating them Too much business. Which was not fair after us paying the bill. Do not recommend the restaurant as the food is not worth it, and also except few guys, the service was also bad. The bouncer completely understood our issue and made us feel comfortable completedly but the management was terrible. Do NOT RECOMMEND

We were having a nice walk on the rock beach when we decided to check out this place and enquire whether a meal could be had at their restaurant. The manager at the reception was on the phone and made an extremely annoyed expression when asked about the place. He so much as frowned and made frustrated noises because he was told to interrupt his sweet phone call and do his job. Needless to say we left immediately. I wouldn't advise anyone to visit the place let alone stay given the unprofessional service.

Worst place to have dine experience because of managers attitude. Even after paying bill and successful transaction, they ask us to pay bill repeatedly as they dont get message of credited money. And after asking for senior level manager they are reluctant to contact. The best thing we can do in this situation is to call police.

Have been here in this hotel. Location is good, but rooms are not worth the price it's charging for. Rooms are unclean, unhygienic, and not maintained properly. Washroom is like of a public toilet, very unclean and unhygienic. There are broken tiles on the floor. No room service or housekeeping available. Giving it 2 star only because of the location, nothing else. Not worth it at all

Rooms are unclean but service is very nice in hotel. Roof top hotel is very bad only little nice ambiance but poor at service . Food item are heavy priced and quantity is less and service is also late

It's about the roof top restaurant and bar ....... They are scamming the customers....by billing the extra bottles of beer bottles ....... Kindly ensure to keep ur empty bottles beneath your tables ...and then finally tally your bottles with their Billings before payment. They would just add some bottles in ur bill and say you have to pay the bill. This is their scam. Any proof you ask for they will clearly deny the fact of their mismanagement. And force you to pay ....but as we were right and our beside table diner supported us ...we didn't pay the scam bill .....but only paid the first bill they provided with the right quantity.
